Standard covers included on a typical recruitment agency insurance policy

Professional Indemnity Insurance.
Your clients may request this in their Terms of Business in trading with you. Starting Indemnity limit from £100,000 although a limit of £1,000,000 is more common. Higher limits are also available. Covers your legal liability for losses towards your clients that are caused by you, your employees and/or your placements where you are found to be negligent in the services you provide them.
