  • the person to whom you have contracted to sell the vehicle has substantiated a valid claim for damages for breach-implied warranty of title

Engineering Inspection – The principal purpose of periodic statutory inspection of plant and equipment is to detect and report deterioration that affects the safety of persons.

Road Risks – Loss of or damage to an insured vehicle and its accessories either by accidental damage or by Fire and Theft. Extensions include Loan and Hire, Demonstration and Third Party Damage.

Some examples of Motor Trade Insurance claims

Whilst a mechanic was out test driving a customer’s car after the vehicle had been serviced the car was hit in the rear by a third party who failed to stop. The comprehensive road risks section of the policy dealt with this claim.
